Meet and Greet / Onwing support:
On-wing Support
Heath Tecna have developed a new strategy to deliver on-wing services to our airline customers. These services are tailored to provide ‘meet and greet’ surveys of seats, ensuring it is functioning correctly, with follow on repairs carried out to guarantee that all premium seating products are maintained and fully operational as the aircraft departs.

We currently have two teams supporting both London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports, providing daily support to major carriers.

Through working closely with the airline and the seat OEM, Heath Tecna can establish a local LDC to support particular seat parts, ensuring any repair activity is complemented with strategically placed spares.
